RESOLUTION 84-16 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED THE WORK OF THE "2016 <br /> PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT",AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br /> CONCERNING SUCH WORK,DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF ' <br /> COMPLETION <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Director/City Engineer of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") <br /> has, in writing, made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate certifying <br /> that the work under contract described as the 2016 Pavement Rehabilitation Project, has been <br /> completed in conformance with the Plans and Specifications for said project, and has <br /> recommended that said work be accepted as complete and satisfactory; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice of the Public Works <br /> Director/City Engineer is hereby accepted as substantially complete, and the appropriate officer of <br /> the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning the above-described work. <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County <br /> Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of said project within ten (10) . <br /> days from the date of this Resolution. <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of November, 2016 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Harpootlian, Waldeck, Corrigan, Radford, Spreen <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ) ‘ <br /> BY: <br /> ohn Harpootlian, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> - Deborah Padovan, City Clerk <br /> • <br /> Resolution 84-16 Page 1 <br />
