RESOLUTION 13-17 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2016/17 OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the 2016-17 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget on June 17, 2016; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved carryover encumbrance of$1,494,233 from 2015/16 to 2016/17 on September 15, 2016; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved increasing Special Donation Fund revenue budget by $40,000 for art in public places on November 17, 2016; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved increase General Fund expenditure budget by $55,000 for code enforcement service enhancement on March 8, 2017; and WHEREAS,as detailed in the accompanying Staff Report and 2016/17 mid-year financial update, a number of budget adjustments, transfers and correction are necessary to accomplish the Town's day-to-day operations and capital projects; and WHEREAS, total impact on Town funds are as follow: Expenditure Debit/ Account Fund (Credit) Police Services (011-2100-6152) General Fund (0 11) $ (250,000) Operating Transfer Out(011-0000-7003)* General Fund (0 11) $ 250,000 Supplemental Police Srvc (021-6100-6152) COPS Fund(021) $ 250,000 Operating Transfer In (021-0000-5001)* COPS Fund 021) $ (250,000) Site Improvement(042-6900-6622) Pathway Capital Fund (042) $ 61,158 Site Improvement(046-6900-6622) Street Capital Fund (046) $ (49,158) * Maximum transfer. Final result will depend on actual deficit in COPS Fund. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby RESOLVE to amend the 2016-2017 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget.
