Presentation on the Status of the Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority by CEO <br /> Tom Habashi <br /> Tom Habashi, CEO of Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority provided a report <br /> on the activities of the authority, including the work that has been accomplished in <br /> the first six months of the authority's formation. <br /> Mr. Habashi explained items 4.M and 4.0. <br /> The Council now considered Consent Calendar Items 4.M and 4.0. <br /> M. Resolution to Subordinate Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority's Payment <br /> Obligations for Initial Contribution made by Los Altos Hills to the Debt <br /> Obligation Payment to River City Bank(Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority) <br /> MOTION MADE.AND SECONDED: Councilmember Spreen moved to approve <br /> Resolution 83-16 to Subordinate Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority's Payment <br /> Obligations for Initial Contribution made by Los Altos Hills to the Debt Obligation <br /> Payment to River City Bank(Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority). Mr. Habashi <br /> confirmed that the City of Campbell has agreed and that Mountain View has <br /> budgetedfor the Green Prime product. <br /> No action was taken.
