Discussion and Possible Action Directing the Installation of a Pedestrian Path <br /> Directly in Front of Gardner Bullis Elementary School (Staff. A. Chen) <br /> Public Works Director Allen Chen presented the staff report. <br /> Council discussion ensued. <br /> Heather Rose, Los Altos Bills, expressed concerns about the path and suggested <br /> going to the school district to request a pathway easement. <br /> Further Council discussion ensued. <br /> DIRECTION: The Mayor shall prepare a letter to the Los Altos School District <br /> outlining the following: <br /> 1. highlighting the agreement that Randy Kenyon already noted in a <br /> previous meeting with Vice Mayor Radford and Councilmember <br /> Corrigan that there was an agreement to fully landscape the trash building <br /> that they have not honored. <br /> 2. requesting the ability to do a path inside the right-of-way for everyone's <br /> protection,and <br /> 3. they have not done anything to maintain the property and there are weeds <br /> that are 5 ,or 6 feet high and the whole landscaping has fallen apart. So, <br /> they either need to maintain the landscaping or take it out. <br /> Councilmember Corrigan requested an addition to the letter requesting the school <br /> district provide significant screening to mitigate the impact of the solar panels in the <br /> parking lot. <br /> No action was taken to install a pedestrian path. <br /> D. Discussion and Possible Action Directing the Installation of Stop Signs at Natoma <br /> Road and Elena Road (Staff- A.
