The property owner provided <br /> a written, signed agreement regarding the upgraded cooling system and that letter has been <br /> placed in the file. <br /> 2. Appointment to the Los Altos Hills Education Committee <br /> City Clerk Deborah Padovan presented the application of Sandy Chang. <br /> Sandy Chang, Los Altos Hills, introduced herself to the City Council and <br /> expressed her interest in serving on the committee. <br /> MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Vice Mayor Radford moved to appoint <br /> Sandy Chang to the Education Committee for a four-year term.
