ORDINANCE NO. 415 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING <br /> THE ZONING MAP TO'PREZONE CERTAIN <br /> SAN ANTONIO HILLS AREA PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-1.306 (Prezoning adjoining unincorporated lands and zoning <br /> annexed lands) of Article 3 (Establishment of Districts and General Provisions) of Chapter 1 <br /> (Zoning) of Title 10 (Zoning and Site Development) permits certain lands located within <br /> unincorporated territory to,be prezoned by amending the Zoning Map for the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> in order to include such land in a zoning district category; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the Town of Los Altos Hills Zoning Map in <br /> order to prezone certain property commonly referred to as the, "San Antonio Hills Area," as more <br /> particularly shown in Exhibit A, hereto, to the R-A (Residential -Agricultural) Zone; and <br /> WHEREAS, designating the"San Antonio Hills Area" as the R-A(Residential-Agricultural) <br /> Zone is consistent with the Town's General Plan designation for the subject area for Residential <br /> Unit Number 6 and no change to the current General Plan designation is proposed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. AMENDMENT OF ZONING MAP. The Town of Los Altos Hills Zoning Map is hereby <br /> amended to prezone that certain property shown in Exhibit A, hereto, to the R-A (Residential - <br /> Agricultural) Zone. <br /> 2. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. The Council adopts a negative declaration having <br /> p 9 9 <br /> determined the adoption of this ordinance will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br /> 3. EFFECTIVE DATE: POSTING.
