ORDINANCE NO. 417 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> REGARDING REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to change the time of the public hearings that <br /> are held at regular City Council meetings. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. Amendment of Code. Subsection (a) [Time; Place].of Section 2-1.101 <br /> [Regular Meetings] of Article #1 [Meetings] of Chapter 1 . [City Council] of Title 2 <br /> [Administration] of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> (a) Time : Place. The Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and <br /> third Thursdays of each month at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in the Council <br /> Chambers of the Town Hall,26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, <br /> or in such other place within the Town limits to which the meeting may be <br /> adjourned. However, in no event shall a legally required public hearing be <br /> held before 6:30 p.m. If by reason of fire, flood or other emergency, it shall <br /> be unsafe to meet in the Town Hall, meetings may be held at such other <br /> place within the Town limits as is designated by the Mayor for the duration <br /> of the emergency or, if the Mayor should fail to act, by three (3) members of <br /> the Council. <br /> 2. Environmental Review. This ordinance is not a project under the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. <br /> 3.
