Sec. 4-1.08 Emergency Organization and Duties Prescribed by Resolution. <br /> Any emergency organization and/or duties beyond those provided <br /> in this Chapter may be designated in a manner to be prescribed by resolution of the City <br /> Council. <br /> Sect. 4-1.09 Violation - Penalty. <br /> (a) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person, firm, or <br /> corporation is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof <br /> during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter is committed, <br /> continued or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such person, firm, or <br /> corporation shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($500.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine <br /> and imprisonment. <br /> (b) No person, firm, or corporation shall, during a period of <br /> emergency: <br /> (1) Willfully obstruct, hinder or delay the performance of <br /> any duty imposed by this Chapter; <br /> (2) do any act forbidden by any lawful rule or regulation <br /> issued pursuant to this Chapter or imperil the lives or <br /> property of the inhabitants of this Town, or prevent, <br /> hinder or delay the defense or protection thereof; <br /> (3) wear, carry or display, without authority, any means of <br /> identification specified by any emergency agency of <br /> the state, county or Town. <br /> 2. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. This ordinance is not a project under the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act since it has no potential for resulting in a physical <br /> change in the environment. <br /> 3. EFFECTIVE DATE; POSTING.
