RESOLUTION 14-18 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2017/18 OPERATING AND CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the 2017-18 Operating and Capital <br /> Improvement Program Budget on June 15,2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved increase General Fund expenditure budget by $18,604 of for <br /> OpenGov system on September 21, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved increasing Capital Budget by$47,140 for additional modules and <br /> licenses for the TRAKit Building Permit System on October 11, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, as detailed in the accompanying Staff Report and the 2017/18 mid-year financial update, a <br /> number of budget adjustments,transfers and correction are necessary to accomplish the Town's day-to-day <br /> operations and capital projects; and <br /> WHEREAS,total impact on Town funds are as follow: <br /> Expenditure <br /> Account Fund Debit/(Credit) <br /> Council Chamber AV Upgrade(041-6900-6622) General Capital Fund(041) $ 112,000 <br /> Outdoor Fitness Equipment(041-6900-6622) General Capital Fund(041) $ 15,523 <br /> Transfer In from GF(041-0000-5001) General Capital Fund(041) $ (127,523) <br /> Transfer Out to Capital Fund(011-0000-7005) General Fund(011) $ 127,523 <br /> OPEB ARC(061-1470-6040) Internal Service Fund(061) $ (140,000) <br /> Pension Pre-Funding(011-0000-6xxx) General Fund(011) $ 1,870,000 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve to amend the <br /> 2017-2018 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget. <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of February,2018 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Radford, Spreen, Corrigan,Waldeck,Wu <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> John Radford, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Deborah Padovan, City lerk <br /> Resolution 14-18 Page I <br />
