Section 2.304(b) National Fire Protection Association Standards. <br /> All National Fire Protection Association Standards referenced in <br /> this Fire Code are those contained in the most current Edition of the <br /> National Fire Protection Association Standards published by the <br /> National Fire Protection Association. <br /> SECTION 8-8.06. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 4.104. <br /> Section 4.104 of the Fire Code hereby is amended by adding thereto <br /> the following: <br /> Section 4.104. Inspection Required. <br /> No portion of any equipment intended to be covered by earth or <br /> by enclosure within permanent portions of a building or structure <br /> shall be enclosed until inspected and approved. <br /> An inspection shall be requested prior to covering or enclosing <br /> of any such equipment. Such request shall be made not less than 24 <br /> hours prior to the estimated time of inspection, and in no case later <br /> than 4:00 p.m. on the last working day prior to the requested date of <br /> inspection. Such installation shall not be covered until after it has <br /> been inspected and signed by an authorized person. <br /> SECTION 8-8.07. ADDITION OF SECTION 4.109. <br /> A new Section, not otherwise provided for in the Fire Code, adopted by <br /> reference and to be known as Section 4.109 of the Fire Code is hereby <br /> provided, which Section shall read as follows: <br /> Section 4.109. Permit Fees Set by Resolution. <br /> The City Council shall, by Resolution, establish fees for issuance <br /> of permits required by the Fire Code, and for checking and inspection <br /> services required under the Fire Code. <br /> SECTION 8-8.08. ADDITION OF SECTION 4.1010. <br /> A new Section, not otherwise provided for in the Fire Code, adopted by <br /> reference and to be known as Section 4.1010 of the Fire Code is hereby <br /> provided, which Section shall read as follows: <br /> 4 <br />
