• 3. PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT <br /> City Manager Carl Cahill noted that Planning Director Debbie Pedro was on vacation. <br /> He summarized the Planning Commission's actions at their regular meeting of October <br /> 19, 2006. The Commission had considered two applications: Lands of Andrews, a <br /> landscape screening plan and Lands of Dubey, a swimming pool, spa and landscape <br /> screening plan. Both applications had been approved by the Commission. <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Item Removed: 4.5 (Kerr) <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Mordo, seconded by O'Malley and <br /> passed unanimously to approve the remainder of the Consent Calendar; specifically: <br /> 4.1 Approval of Minutes: Regular City Council Meeting October 26, 2006 <br /> 4.2 Review of Disbursements: 10/19/2006— 10/31/2006 $224,229.54 <br /> 4.3 Approval of Amendment to the Maximum Contribution to Employee Health <br /> Coverage Premium—Resolution#111-06 <br /> 4.4 Approval of Amendment to the Maximum Contribution to Councilmember <br /> Health Coverage Premium—Resolution#112-06 <br /> Item Removed: <br /> 4.5 Approval of the Agreement between Foothill-DeAnza Community College <br /> District and Town Regarding the Construction and Operation of a Public <br /> Pathway <br /> Councilmember Kerr offered that he was pleased that the District had formally approved <br /> the requested funding and pathway easement. He noted that he would review the license <br /> agreement with the VTA to ensure that they had no objections to the form of the <br /> agreement. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Kerr, seconded by O'Malley and <br /> passed unanimously to approve the agreement between Foothill-DeAnza Community <br /> College District and Town regarding the construction and operation of a public pathway. <br /> Resolution#113-06 <br /> Council congratulated Councilmember Kerr and City Engineer/Public Works Director <br /> Henry Louie on their successful efforts on the pathway construction. <br /> 5.
