Meeting Minutes <br /> July 13, 2006 <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> City Council Regular Meeting <br /> Thursday, July 13, 2006 6:00 P.M. <br /> Town Hall Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL,AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Mayor Warshawsky called the City Council Regular Meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. in the <br /> Council Chambers at Town Hall. <br /> Present: Mayor Dean Warshawsky, Mayor Pro Tem Craig A.T. Jones, <br /> Councilmember Breene Kerr, Councilmember Jean Mordo and <br /> Councilmember Mike O'Malley <br /> Absent: None <br /> Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, Assistant City Attorney John Bakker, <br /> Administrative Services Director Sarah Ragsdale, Planning Director <br /> Debbie Pedro, Public Works Director/City Engineer Henry Louie, and <br /> Planning Secretary Victoria Ortland. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Mordo, seconded by O'Malley and <br /> passed unanimously to limit comments from the floor to two minutes. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND PRESENTATIONS <br /> 2.1 Consideration of Grant Funding Requests from Community Service Agencies <br /> Mayor Warshawsky welcomed the agency representatives and provided a brief overview <br /> of the interview process. Council determined that due to the number of agency <br /> representatives that were present to make a presentation, it was appropriate to set a time <br /> limit of two (2)minutes per speaker. <br /> Representatives from the following agencies made a presentation: <br /> Community Health Awareness Council <br /> Los Altos Senior Center <br /> Community Services Agency <br /> Chamber of Commerce <br /> Support Network for Battered Women and Children <br /> Los Altos Mediation Program <br /> Morgan Center <br /> Community School of Music and Arts <br /> American Red Cross <br /> is United Way Silicon Valley(2-1-1) <br /> 1 <br /> City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> July 13,2006 <br />
