Council thanked Leoni for her presentation. Mayor Kerr requested that she forward any <br /> further comments to the City Council as an Attorney-Client privileged and confidential <br /> communication. <br /> Council consensus was to refer Ms. Leoni's report to the Public Education Committee for <br /> their review and recommendations. <br /> 3. PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT <br /> Acting City Manager/Planning Director Carl Cahill reported that the Planning <br /> Commission had met on February 2, 2006 and considered an application for a <br /> Conditional Development Permit for a project on a non-conforming lot and the prezoning <br /> of the unincorporated San Antonio Hills area. Cahill reviewed the Commision's actions <br /> noting that. they had approved the Conditional Development Permit and voted 3-2 to <br /> forward the prezoning application to Council with a recommendation to deny the <br /> proposed prezoning of the Eastbrook/Magdalena area. The prezoning application would <br /> be scheduled for a Public Hearing at a future Council meeting. <br /> 4.
