The contract <br /> amendment would reduce the Town's exposure from the death of an employee while at <br /> work by inclusion in a larger pool with other agencies. Ragsdale noted that the pool was <br /> superfunded at 139%. She offered that this was the second reading of the ordinance. <br /> Jim Abraham, Viscaino Road, explained that he had requested separate consideration of <br /> this item to ensure that the Council had carefully reviewed the issue. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Mordo, seconded by O'Malley and <br /> passed unanimously to waive further reading and adopt Ordinance 441 Authorizing an <br /> Amendment to the Contract between the Town and the Board of Administration of the <br /> California Public Employee's Retirement System. <br /> 4.4 Award of Bid for Investment Advisory Services and Approval of Related <br /> Resolutions and Agreements <br /> Councilmember Mordo explained that he had requested separate consideration of this <br /> item to afford the opportunity to introduce Nsesa Kacadi, PFM Asset Management, to <br /> 4 <br /> City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> November 17,2005 <br />
