RESOLUTION 06-20 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />AUDIT SERVICE CONTRACT WITH MAZE & ASSOCIATES FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR ENDING JUNE 309 20209 IN THE AMOUNT OF $509687 <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills is required annually per Government Code <br />§53891 to provide a financial report based upon data from audited financial statements for the <br />preceding fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, a competitive bid process was completed for audit services for the fiscal years <br />ended June 30, 2016) 2017 and 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, Maze & Associates was engaged as the Town's auditors beginning with the fiscal <br />year ended June 30, 2016 and provided fee quotes for two optional one-year extensions of the <br />agreement to provide audit services; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills that the City Manager is hereby 'authorized on behalf of the Town to enter into an <br />amendment to the audit service contract with Maze & Associates for the fiscal year ending June <br />30, 2020 in the amount of $50,687. <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills at a special meeting held on 20tH day of February 2020 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Wu, Tankha, Corrigan, Spreen, Tyson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Deborah Padovan, City Clerk <br />.ha,p <br />BY: <br />Michelle Wu, Mayor <br />Resolution 06-20 <br />Page 1 <br />
