Upon approval, the applicant must submit to the <br /> Town a copy of the signed and notarized grant deeds, with legal description and plat <br /> exhibits prepared by a licensed surveyor or civil engineer, and the Town will prepare <br /> certificates of compliance for recordation. <br /> CEQA REVIEW <br /> The project is categorically exempt under Section 15305(a) "Minor Alterations in Land <br /> Use Limitations" of the State CEQA Guidelines. <br />
