Town of Los Altos Hills <br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />Thursday, January 21, 2021— 5:00 p.m. <br />Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, <br />California <br />CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL <br />Via teleconference according to the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20, Mayor Tankha called <br />the City Council Regular Meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor Tankha, Vice Mayor George Tyson, Councilmember Stanley Q. Mok, <br />Councilmember Lisa H. Schmidt, Councilmember Linda Swan <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, City Attorney Steve Mattas, Planning Director Zach <br />Dahl, City Cleric Deborah Padovan (left the meeting at 5:10 p.m.) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the Subiect of the <br />Special Meeting) <br />Art de Cereus, Los Altos Hills, said that in good. faith he was in talks to purchase the lots from <br />Mr. Linebarger. Although they were in discussions, they were not: close to reaching a conclusion. <br />He remained committed to a dialogue that closes this matter once and for all. <br />The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:10 p.m. to consider the following: <br />CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION <br />(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9) <br />Linebarger v.
