Town of Los Altos Hills <br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday, January 13, 2021— 4:00 p.m. <br />Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, <br />California <br />CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL <br />Via teleconference according to the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20, Mayor Tankha called <br />the City Council Regular Meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor Tankha, Vice Mayor George Tyson, Councilmember Stanley Q. Mok, <br />Councilmember Lisa H. Schmidt, Councilmember Linda Swan <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, City Attorney Steve Mattas, Planning Director Zach <br />Dahl, Principal Planner Steve Padovan, City Clerk Deborah Padovan (left the <br />meeting at 4:07 p.m.) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the Subject of the <br />Special Meeting) <br />Art de Geus, Los Altos Hills, spoke in opposition to Mr. I..,inebarger's proposals. <br />Hal Feeney, Los Altars Hills, spoke in opposition to Mr. Linebarger's development. <br />The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:07 p.m. to consider the following. <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION <br />(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9) <br />Linebarger v.
