Avila) <br /> <br />Mayor Radford announced that the City Attorney recommended the Council <br />entertain public comment on this item. Mayor Radford opened the Public <br />Hearing. Seeing no wishing to speak, he then closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Councilmember Corrigan moved to <br />approve the requested time extension of the site development permit for a detached <br />garage and variance for a reduced side yard setback (new expiration date: January <br />5, 2019).
