Proclamation Recognizing March as American Red Cross Month (Staff: D. <br />Padovan) <br /> <br />Councilmember Tankha asked about the process of deciding who receives a <br />proclamation. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padovan explained that the Town has a proclamation policy and a <br />member of the public requested this particular proclamation be placed on the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Councilmember Tyson moved to approve <br />the proclamation recognizing March as American Red Cross Month. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilmember Corrigan. <br /> <br />Motion Carried 4 to 1: <br /> <br />AYES: Mayor Spreen, Vice Mayor Wu, Councilmember Corrigan, <br />Councilmember Tyson <br />
