Bowersox) <br /> <br />Allan Epstein, Los Altos Hills, recommended a 15% contingency for the 2019 <br />Sanitary Sewer Repair and Replacement Project. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Nichol Bowersox provided an update on the item. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Councilmember Tankha moved to adopt <br />Resolution 36-19 awarding the contract base bid to C2R Engineering for an amount <br />of $467,850.00; any additional change orders shall be returned to the City Council <br />further approval. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Corrigan. <br /> <br />Motion Carried 5 to 0: <br /> <br />AYES: Mayor Spreen, Vice Mayor Wu, Councilmember Corrigan, <br />Councilmember Tankha, Councilmember Tyson <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
