<br />6 <br />City Council Special Meeting Minutes <br />November 20, 2019 <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />RECUSE: Vice Mayor Wu <br /> <br />The Meeting went into Recess at 7:50 p.m. <br />The Meeting Reconvened to open session at 7:56 p.m. <br /> <br />6. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES, SUB-COMMITTEES, <br />AND COUNCILMEMBERS ON OUTSIDE AGENCIES <br /> <br />A. Report by the Undergrounding Subcommittee (Councilmember Tyson) <br /> <br />Councilmember Tyson provided an update on the progress of the <br />subcommittee. No action was taken. <br /> <br />B. Report by the Subcommittee to Review a Master Park Plan Committee <br />(Councilmembers Corrigan & Tankha) <br /> <br />Councilmember Corrigan reported out on the preliminary work of the <br />subcommittee. <br /> <br />Allan Epstein, Los Altos Hills, asked a procedural question about it being a <br />noticed, public meeting. <br /> <br />Scott Vanderlip, Los Altos Hills, stated that the Parks and Recreation Committee <br />met on Monday and motioned that the committee be granted attendance privileges <br />at any and all meetings of the subcommittee. <br /> <br />Kathy Evans, Los Altos Hills, said that it should be Council's choice who to <br />appoint to participate on a committee. <br /> <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />C. Update on the Activities of the Santa Clara County Cities Association (Vice <br />Mayor Wu) <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Wu presented a report on the activities of the Cities Association. <br /> <br />Council discussion ensued.
