Robustelli) <br /> <br />Councilmember Corrigan pulled the item to reflect on how we, as a Town, can <br />support Victoria Dye and this program. <br /> <br />Council discussion ensued. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Councilmember Corrigan moved to Adopt <br />Resolution 15-20 approving the deferral of Victoria Dye Equestrian lesson <br />payments during the shelter in place order. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Consideration of City Council Authorization to Initiate Island Annexation <br />Proceedings of an Urban Island in Unincorporated Santa Clara County at the End <br />of Ravensbury Avenue Consisting of Eight Parcels (24.3 acres) (Staff: Z. Dahl) <br /> <br />Planning Director Zach Dahl presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Council discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Jim Waschura, Los Altos Hills, said that explanations should go out to the <br />annexed community about the pathways element impacts in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Vice Mayor Tankha moved to authorize <br />staff to initiate island annexation proceedings for the Ravensbury Avenue Island. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Spreen. <br /> <br />Motion Carried 5-0: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember Corrigan, Councilmember Spreen, Councilmember <br />Tyson, Vice Mayor Tankha, Mayor Wu <br />
