RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
(Lands of Williams)
WHEREAS, Duston M. Williams and Jennifer A. Williams ("Owners"), owners of the property
located at 13505 Burke Road, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code") authorizes the
Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way of sufficient
width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is requested for
a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or contiguous road
rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owners have offered to dedicate a certain portion
of their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-
way easement dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way easement
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on 201h of January 2022 by the following vote:

Williams and Jennifer A. Williams ("Owners"), the owners of the property located at 13505
Burke Road, Los Altos Hills, California, to and for the benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a
municipal corporation ("Town").
Section 1. Owners do hereby offer to dedicate to Town an easement for street right of
way purposes and incidents thereto that portion of the real property situated in the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted in Exhibit A
attached hereto ("Dedication").
Section 2. The Town hereby accepts this Dedication.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
LANDS OF WILLIAMS
13505 BURKE ROAD, LOS ALTOS HILLS, CA
A right-of-way easement over that certain real property situate in the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of the lands of Duston
M. Williams and Jennifer A. Williams, Trustees of the 2005 Williams Family Trust
Dated March 18, 2005, as described in Grant Deed Document No. 23864932, recorded in
the office of the Recorder of said County on February 9, 2018; described as:
A strip 10.00 feet wide along the southeasterly line of said property, lying northwesterly
of and parallel with the northwesterly line of Burke Road and more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of said lands of Williams Family Trust;
Thence along the southeasterly line of said lands South 30053'00" West 220.78 feet to
the most southerly corner of said lands;
Thence along the southwesterly line of said lands North 77°48'00" West 10.56 feet to
a point on a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet northwesterly measured at right
angles from said southeasterly line;
Thence along said parallel line North 30°53'00" East 220.77 feet to the northeasterly line
of said lands;
Thence along said northeasterly line South 77°52'00" East 10.56 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing 2,208 square feet, more or less;
