<br />All that certain real property in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa

<br />Being a portion of the Lands of Mendez, as said lands are shown upon that certain Grant
<br />Deed, which was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, on
<br />July 9, 1999, as Document No. 14889930, and being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the southerly boundary line of said Lands of Mendez, said
<br />boundary line also being the southerly boundary line of Lot 57, as shown uponthat certain
<br />map entitled "Map of Subdivision of Lot 2 and part of Lot 1 of the Taaffee Partition in the
<br />Rancho La Purissima Concepcion", which was filed for record on June 25, 1894, in Book
<br />"H" of Maps, at Pages 76 and 77, Santa Clara County Records, said point being South
<br />85055'46" West, 153.32 feet, from the southeasterly corner of said Lot 57;
<br />Thence, along the southerly boundary line of said Lands of Mendez and the southerly
<br />boundary line of said Lot 57, South 85055'46" West, 649.58 feet, to the southwesterly
<br />comer of said Lands of Mendez, said point also being the southwesterly comer of said Lot
<br />57;
<br />Thence, along the westerly boundary line of said Lands of Mendez, and the westerly
<br />boundary line of said Lot 57,, North 5°4936" West, 10.00 feet, to a point on a line, parallel
<br />and 10.00 feet distant, measured at a right angle, with the southerly boundary line of said
<br />Lands of Mendez and the southerly boundary line of said Lot 57;
<br />Thence, easterly along said parallel line, North 85°55'46" East, 444.40 feet;
<br />Thence, leaving said parallel line, South 4024'22" East, 5.00 feet, to a point on a line,
<br />parallel and 5.00 feet distant, measured at a right angle, with the southerly boundary line
<br />of said Lands of Mendez and the southerly boundary line of said Lot 57;
<br />Thence, easterly along the last mentioned parallel line, North 8505546" East, 202.94 feet,
