Such written <br />determination shall include a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that <br />description, a statement of the extent of disclosure requirements. The City Manager's <br />determination is a public record and shall be retained for public inspection. <br />2. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to <br />any person or circumstance is held invalid or unconstitutional, the remainder of this Ordinance, <br />including the application of such part or provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be <br />affected thereby and. shall continue in full force and effect. To this end, provisions of this <br />Ordinance are severable. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby declares that it <br />would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase <br />Ordinance 603 Page 2 <br />
