RESOLUTION 26-23 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH A <br />CONSULTANT FOR AUDITING THE LICENSE & PERMIT FOR EXPENSES FOR <br />APPLICANT REFUNDS AND PREPARATION OF A COST ALLOCATION PLAN AND <br />USER FEE STUDY <br />WHEREAS, on October 20, 2022, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approved an <br />audit of building permits; and <br />WHEREAS, staff to hire a consultant to conduct the audit; and <br />WHEREAS, issuing refunds, as necessary, based on collection of full cost recovery; and <br />WHEREAS, prepare for a Cost Allocation Plan and User Fee Study to be conducted in FY2023- <br />24; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />that the City Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the Town to enter into a consulting contract <br />with a not to exceed amount of $60,000 to audit license and permit for expenses for applicant <br />refunds and prepare a Cost Allocation Study and User Fee Study. <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on 16th day of March, 2023 by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />Swan, Mok, Schmidt, Tankha, Tyson <br />NOES: <br />None <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None <br />ABSENT: <br />None <br />Linda G.
