STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />A. City Attorney <br /> <br />City Attorney Mattas outlined the noticing requirements of ad hoc committees and <br />subcommittees under the Brown Act. <br /> <br />B. City Clerk <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />C. Planning/Building Director <br /> <br />Interim Projects Manager Steve Padovan said the current planning, building and <br />code enforcement staff have been doing a fantastic job while the town is searching for <br />a director. The Planning Commission met last night regarding incentives for SB 9 <br />units. The Planning Commission ad hoc committee will continue to meet to discuss <br />development standards. He also said that the Annual Housing Progress Report will be <br />coming to the Council in March. <br /> <br />D. Administrative Services Director <br /> <br />Director Revillar reported that the management staff conducted their annual budget <br />retreat and are preparing for the 2023-24 budget. <br /> <br />E. Public Works Director <br /> <br />Director Kim said Public Works staff are working on creating a plan to construct the <br />3.6 miles of pathway.
