• • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 58-13 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED THE WORK OF THE <br /> "2013 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT" <br /> AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT CONCERNING SUCH WORK, <br /> DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Public Works Director of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> ("Town") has, in writing, made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate <br /> certifying that the work under contract described as the 2013 Pavement Rehabilitation Project, <br /> has been completed in conformance with the Plans and Specifications for said project, and has <br /> recommended that said work be accepted as complete and satisfactory; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice of the City <br /> Engineer/Public Works Director is hereby accepted as substantially complete, and the <br /> appropriate officer of the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning the above- <br /> described work. <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County <br /> Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of said project within ten (10) <br /> days from the date of this Resolution. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2013. <br /> By: <br /> Gary Waldeck, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> - <br /> - Deborah L.
