NOW, THEREFORE, based on the entirety of the record before it, the Planning Commission <br />of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby finds that the Project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to <br />CEQA Guidelines Sections 15303(a) and 15303(e) and APPROVES the Site Development <br />Permit SD21-0046 subject to conditions attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Planning Commission of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills at the meeting held on the 7th day of September 2023 by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Couperus, Patel, Washura <br />NOES: Bredo, Indaco <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />By: <br />Alisa Bredo, C air <br />ATTEST: <br />unity Development Director <br />Resolution PC 10-23 Page 2 <br />
