RESOLUTION 9-24 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND DEDICATION AGREEMENT FOR CAMINO HERMOSO DRIVE SANITARY SEWER MAIN EXTENSION WHEREAS, pursuant to Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Section 6-4.446, sewer main facilities may be extended by an applicant in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills received an application from the property owners at 23500 Camino Hermoso Drive (APN 336-37-022), 10251 Magdalena Road (APN 336- 39-011), 10250 Magdalena Road (APN 336-37-024), 23725 Camino Hermoso Drive (APN 336- 39-024), and 23475 Camino Hermoso Drive (APN 336-37-001) for construction of the Camino Hermoso Drive Sanitary Sewer Main Extension at applicant's sole cost and expense for the benefit of applicant; and WHEREAS, the applicant desires to dedicate the Camino Hermoso Drive Sanitary Sewer Main Extension to the Town upon completion of construction; and WHEREAS, Town staff prepared the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed work to ensure that the ownership and maintenance responsibilities of the newly constructed sewer are transferred to the Town; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the application and plans for the project and recommends that the Council approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed sewer improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the Camino Hermoso Drive Sanitary Sewer Main Extension.
