1 City Council Special Meeting Minutes October 10, 2023 CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Linda Swan (attended virtually pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54953(b)), Vice Mayor Stanley Q. Mok, Councilmember Lisa H. Schmidt (attended virtually pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54953(b)), Councilmember Kavita Tankha, Councilmember George Tyson Absent: None Staff: City Attorney Steve Mattas, City Manager Peter Pirnejad (left the meeting at 7:53 p.m.), Assistant to the City Manager Cody Einfalt (left the meeting at 7:53 p.m.), City Clerk Deborah Padovan (left the meeting at 7:53 p.m.) Mayor Swan called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and asked for a Moment of Silence for the victims of the conflict in the Middle East. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the Subject of the Special Meeting) Nicholas French, Los Altos Hills, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the City Manager. Ginger Summitt, Los Altos Hills, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the City Manager. Lew Jamison, Los Altos Hills, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the City Manager. Birgitta Indaco, Los Altos Hills, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the City Manager. Keren Emerzian, Los Altos Hills, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the City Manager. Erika Ameri, Los Altos Hills, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the City Manager. Zaydoon Jawadi, Los Altos Hills, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of the City Manager. Debbie Gualtieri, Los Altos Hills, thanked Nicholas French for sending out emails.
