Town isn't any safer. For all the money we are paying them, we don't know who and <br />when patrols our streets. He would like to see the data from the sheriffs office. He was <br />not in support of increasing the sheriffs budget this year. <br />Recess at 6:09 pm <br />Reconvene to open session 6:30 pm <br />Further council discussion. <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Mayor Tyson moved to increase the amount <br />given to the Community Services Agency from $5,000 to $25,000. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilmember Mok. <br />Council discussion ensued. Vice Mayor Swan requested an amendment to the motion to <br />provide $5,000 to the Los Altos Community Foundation, and a total of $6,000 to Deer <br />Hollow Farm. The remainder of the donation budget would remain the same. <br />Mayor Tyson accepted the amendment. <br />MOTION AMENDED AND SECONDED: Mayor Tyson moved to increase the <br />amount given to the Community Services Agency from $5,000 to $25,000, provide <br />$5,000 to the Los Altos Community Foundation, and a total of $6,000 to Deer Hollow <br />Farm.
