1 <br /> City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> June 16, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This meeting was conducted virtually pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 361 and <br />Government Code Section 54953(e) related to conducting public meetings during the COVID-19 <br />pandemic. Mayor Tyson called the hybrid Regular City Council Regular Meeting to order at 6:05 <br />p.m. <br />Present: Mayor George Tyson, Vice Mayor Linda Swan, Councilmember Stanley Q. <br />Mok, Councilmember Lisa Schmidt, Councilmember Kavita Tankha <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Peter Pirnejad, City Attorney Steve Mattas, Planning Director <br />Sofia Mangalam, Public Works Director Oscar Antillon, Administrative <br />Services Director Sarina Revillar, Management Analyst II Cody Einfalt, <br />Assistant Planner Areli Perez, City Clerk Deborah Padovan <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER (6:00 P.M.) <br /> <br />Mayor Tyson called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. with a roll call and pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />1. AGENDA REVIEW <br /> <br />There were no changes to the agenda. Mayor Tyson recognized the Parks and Recreation <br />Committee for a successful 20th annual Pathways Run and the Community Relations <br />Committee for a successful 2022 Town Picnic. He also recognized Sarah Robustelli for <br />her work with the committees to make both events a success. <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />A. Appointment to the Los Altos Hills Environmental Initiatives Committee <br /> <br />City Clerk Deborah Padovan presented the application of Mike Salameh. <br /> <br />Mr. Salameh was not present. <br /> <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Councilmember Tankha moved to appoint <br />Mike Salameh to the Environmental Initiatives Committee for a four-year term.
