Mangalam) <br /> <br />Ex Parte: None <br /> <br />Mayor Tyson opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Planning Director Sofia Mangalam presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br /> <br />Rashi Sharma, Los Altos Hills, said she is a local high school student and is <br />promoting responsible lighting processes. <br /> <br />Vijay Chawla, Los Altos Hills, said she helped draft the outdoor lighting policy that <br />was adopted earlier this year. She expressed concerns about lighting in construction <br />sites. <br /> <br />Mayor Tyson closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Council discussion ensued.
