Key highlights included <br /> the continuation of the Town's efforts in environmental leadership and outstanding <br /> recreational facilities with a near term focus on environmental education. Kerr suggested <br /> a new venue for educational programs similar to the pavilion at Hidden Villa be <br /> considered for Westwind Barn. The project had a tentative budget of approximately <br /> $60,500.
