Resolution No. 67-04 <br /> 4.11 Approval of Purchase for Ford Escape Hybrid Vehicle to Replace Staff <br /> Vehicle, Approval of Additional Appropriation for Purchase of the Vehicle, <br /> and Update on Application for Grant from the Bay Area Air Quality <br /> Management District <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Kerr requested that this item be continued to the next City Council <br /> meeting to permit the acquisition of additional bids. <br /> 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 5.1 Town Goals <br /> 5.1.1 Complete Town Hall On Time and On Budget <br /> 5.1.1a TBI Update <br /> Tony Vierra, TBI Construction, reported that the slab pour for the new Town Hall had <br /> been completed and the wood framing of the facility had begun. There were no <br /> outstanding issues to report. <br /> Mayor Pro. Tem Kerr announced that the Town had received acknowledgement of the <br /> approval of the Packard Foundation Grant for $75,000 for the solar project for the new <br /> Town Hall. He thanked Jean Mordo for his work with the Foundation to secure the grant. <br /> Kerr noted that there would be a meeting on October 18, 2004 at 4:00 pm at the TBI <br /> construction trailer at the site to discuss the solar panels for the solar project and invited <br /> anyone interested to attend. <br /> Mayor O'Malley thanked Mordo and Kerr for their efforts on the project. <br /> 5.1.2 Identify and Fund Underground Project <br /> Councilmember Warshawsky reported that Comcast, PG&E and SBC representatives had <br /> joined the Subcommittee and walked the proposed pilot route on Purissima Road. He <br /> noted that the Subcommittee was very encouraged and believed there may be adequate <br /> 20A funding to include the Byrne Preserve route in the Undergrounding project. <br /> • Warshawsky explained that the next step would be to hire a trenching agent.
