4.2 Discussion of Town Newsletter Article • The architects will work with Duffy Price, Editor of the Town Newsletter, to have sketches and narratives of their designs in the next issue. 4.3 Discussion of Functional Requirements for New Town Hall Town staff was directed to review the Goldman Floor Plan and Building Program for functional requirements of Town Hall. An executive summary will be developed and submitted to the Committee for consideration at their next meeting 5. COMMITTEE REPORTS—None 6. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Liz Dana, 25700 Bassett Lane, distributed a memo with several sketches of her ideas for a new Town Hall to the Committee and participating architects. Sandra Humphries, 26238 Fremont Road, noted that Town Committees would appreciate if the Committee would consider storage space for their materials in the design of the new Town Hall. Duffy Price, 25435 Anacapa Drive, suggested the Committee visit the- Town of Woodside's meeting space. It was designed.with the intent to facilitate harmony and she hoped similar design • ideas could be incorporated into the new Town Hall plan. John Harpootlian, 25435 Anacapa Drive, conveyed his recent experiences to the committee- regarding site visits to various cities' Council Chambers and meeting rooms. He noted the Mayor's interest in having adequate space for audio/visual requirements for meeting spaces which was not fully addressed in the previous Town Hall design. 7.
