She asked that a new business item be put on a future <br /> Council agenda stating that no such future meetings will be held without proper notice <br /> and agenda. <br /> Casey also requested that a Town-wide mailing be sent as soon as possible stating the <br /> actions taken at the last Council Meeting on the issue of Town-owned properties. She <br /> noted that there seemed to be some confusion in Town regarding this issue and she <br /> believed a statement of what the Council had approved would help clarify-the issue. <br /> The City Attorney cautioned that the notice must be strictly objective and could.not be <br /> approved by all Councilmembers unless it came back to the next Council Meeting for <br /> approval. <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Casey, seconded by 'Finn and <br /> passed unanimously.to direct staff to send out:a Town-wide notice as soon as possible <br /> on the recent Council adoptedresolution on Town-owned properties.
