RESOLUTION No. 0 5-0 5 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING THE OPERATING <br /> BUDGET FOR THE CITIZENS' OPTION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY FUND <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills received and completed its <br /> review of the proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for fiscal <br /> year 2005 -2006 which included appropriations for the Citizens Option for Public Safety <br /> Fund (COPS); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the Operating and <br /> Capital Improvement Program Budgets for fiscal year 2003-2004 at its meeting of June 2, <br /> 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS the City Council is required to conduct a public hearing to approve COPS <br /> appropriations; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby <br /> resolve that the appropriations approved for the COPS Fund for Fiscal Year 2005 -2006 <br /> as presented in Attachment I are approved. <br /> REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 2005. <br /> BY: / , <br /> ayor <br /> ATTE <br /> City Clerk <br /> 9 <br />
