• • <br /> RESOLUTION 47-13 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING THE <br /> INSTALLATION OF ALL WAY STOP SIGNS ON <br /> ARASTRADERO ROAD AT STIRRUP WAY <br /> WHEREAS, temporary stop signs have been installed on Arastradero Road at Stirrup Way in <br /> both eastbound and westbound directions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the temporary all way stop intersection has been in place for about three months; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the residents of Stirrup Way/Saddle Mountain Road area request that the <br /> temporary all way stop signs at Arastradero Road and Stirrup Way be made permanent; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Director and County Sheriff's office can support the installation <br /> of all way stop signs; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> that: <br /> 1. The Public Works Director is hereby authorized to install permanent all way stop <br /> signs at Arastradero Road and Stirrup Way <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of September, 2013 by the following <br /> vote: <br /> AYES: Waldeck, Corrigan, Harpootlian, Larsen, Radford <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> BY: <br /> Gary Waldeck, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> / <br /> - ; Deborah Padovan, City Clerk <br /> Resolution 47-13 Page 1 <br />
