Towle, Richard '' addressed tc City Council and Tlanning <br />Commission, regarding Ordinance No. 49, relating to excavations <br />and deposits of soil. <br />Chairman Hibner informed lir. Towle as far as he knew there had <br />been no deviations to this Ordinance and that the City En;'-. ineer <br />was or?tching this matter very closely. Further, that the Town <br />has adopted Ordinance No. 112 (requiring a preliminary soils <br />report of subdivisions) and asks -d that Nr. Towle show a <br />s*,ecific instance. Nr. Towle commented his letter called <br />attention to this matter in a general way so in the future more <br />care mi,'at be taken, however, he could point out a specific <br />condition existin" on Aric Lane, adjacent to his property. <br />Commissioner Hawley arrived at 7:51 r.
