(V-262-66) -- Request for Reduction in Setback. <br />Subject property is Lot ;'2, Tract {3879 located on a private <br />road, Sunset Drive, and request is for a deviation from the <br />nornal rear setback requirement of 30' to 5' for garage. <br />Upon insrecti-on, the Map Committee had no objection since <br />there will still be the required separation of structures and <br />that the topography is such that no _property owner will be <br />visually affected by this variance. Mr. Frank J. Taylor, <br />adjoining owner, stated•a-nproaal in his letter dated June 22, <br />1966.
