PLANNING COMMISSION <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />October 24, 1966 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills was called to order Monday, October 24, 1966 by Chairman <br />Don T. Hibner, at 7:45 P. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, <br />Los Altos Hills, California. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Commissioners Benson, Minckley, Prentice, <br />Sherlock, Chairman Hibner <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Ashby (arr. 7:47 P. M.), <br />Hawley (arr. 7:55 P. M.) <br />COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Councilman Gordon E. Bowler <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 10, 1966 <br />ACTION: <br />Adopt Minutes of October 10, 1966 <br />as submitted. <br />MOTION: Prentice; SECOND: Benson <br />VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Ashby arrived 7:47 P. M. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: None. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: None. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />1. Chairman Hibner announced that Mrs. E. L. Ginzton, Vice -Chairman <br />of the Pathways Committee, wishes to have a study session with <br />the Planning Commission and her Committee in the near future. <br />2. Commissioner Ashby reported she had received a telephone call <br />from a citizen regarding the noticeable absence of paths in <br />Champagne Heights Unit 01, since homes are currently being built. <br />E'rigr. Nach'csheim will chuck the path requirements in this subdivision. <br />VARIANCES• <br />1. Corney, Edward (V-269-66) - Request for reduction in Setback <br />requirement to construct stable. <br />Stable is to be constructed at 26063 Todd Lane and requires two <br />(2) variances: 1) a reduction in setback requirement to 28' from <br />the side property line and a front setback reduction to 32' from <br />Todd Lane. <br />
