CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> Mayor Johnson called the Special Meeting of the City to order at 4:10 p.m. in the Council <br /> Chambers at Town Hall. <br /> Present: Mayor Johnson and Councilmembers Casey, Dauber, Finn and <br /> Siegel <br /> Absent: None <br /> Staff: City Manager/City Engineer Jeff Peterson, Planning Director Curtis <br /> Williams, Public Works Manager Jim Rasp and Finance Director <br /> Carol Ferrell <br /> 2. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES FY 1999-00 <br /> The City Manager presented the following list of goals and objectives for Council's <br /> consideration. <br /> GOALS: <br /> 1. The timely and cost effective delivery of necessary and desirable services for <br /> the residents. <br /> 2. Maintenance of a set of codes and policies that preserve the desirable <br /> attributes of the Town,provide for prudent, orderly growth, and contribute <br /> to good government. <br /> 3. Maintenance and improvement of the infrastructure consistent with the <br /> character of Los Altos Hills. <br /> OBJECTIVES: <br /> 1. Polic.. Issues <br /> A.
