4 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />TOrIN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />to (MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />January 22, 1968 <br />Chairman 'd. F. Hinckley called the meeting to order at 7:50 P. N. at the Town <br />Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following <br />members answered Roll Call: Present: Commissioners Bowler, Hibmer, <br />Lachenbruch, Perkins, Sherlock and Chairman Minckley. Absent: Commissioner <br />Dawson (arr. 7:54 P. M.) <br />COUNCIL REPRESa ITATIVE: Councilman dalter A. Benson. <br />APPROVAL OF H11TUTES: January e, 1958. <br />Amendments: 1) P. 4, New Business, 3rd. para., move Alan Kincaid from <br />those opposing to those favoring slope density regulation; 2) P. 4, 5th para., <br />2nd line, change "d(s)" to W; 3) P. 4, 5th para., 9th line, add %- after <br />adjust. <br />Commissioner Dawson arrived at 7:54 P. M. <br />MOTION, OCCONDED AND CARRIED. Commissioner Sherlock moved, seconded by <br />Hibner, and carried unanimously, that the Minutes of January 8, 1968 be <br />approved as amended. <br />40, <br />COMNUNICATION0 <br />1. Staff read the following communications: <br />a) Mr, and (Mrs. Mathew G. Boissevain, 27181 Sherlock Road, dated January 17, <br />1966, favoring slope density regulation. <br />b) Betty Byrne de2ahara, 3322 P Street, dashington, D. C., dated January 4, <br />1963, opposing slope density regulation of her property. <br />c) Palo alto Times, dated January 3, 1966, regarding requirements of the <br />Brown Act. <br />ANi{OUf1C:2i-i3NIS: <br />1. Commissioner Dawson noted the desire of Pathways Committee to zchieve an <br />enlarged membership. Commission requested City Manager to obtain list of <br />persons interested in becoming members of the Committee. <br />COMiMITTEE REPORTS: <br />1. Commissioner Lachenbruch discussed the progress in Portola Valley and <br />Woodside of the Geological Hazards Connittee and also noted that the <br />recommendations of the (Mid -Peninsula Foothills Planning Committee are ex- <br />pected late in February. <br />to 2. Chairman Minckley noted that the County Policy Planning Committee is <br />approaching final conclusions and recommaendations. <br />
