<br />and carried unanimously, that the b.inutes of February lE, 146.; be approved as
<br />amended.
<br />AANOUNCE,ENTS:
<br />1. City Clerk noted there will be a seminar in Sacramento on Monday, March 18,
<br />1468, subject: State Planning and the State Development Plan, The Town will
<br />provide transportation to the seminar.
<br />OLD BUSINESS: USE PERMIT
<br />1.. Ronan Catholic Orphanage (UP -26u-66) - Request for 613 sq. £t., in
<br />addition tc th,� 5,000 sq. ft. of building area authorized by UP -266-66 on
<br />Septe,tber 7, 1967 to Mt. Helen, Altamont Road.
<br />Staff Report was presented, noting that no other change in the Use Permit
<br />is re, nested a't: this time and no objections have been received.

<br />in adAition to the 5,000 squara feet of building area authorized by UP -264-66
<br />on S.p itsmber 7, 1967 to At. Helen, Altamont Road, be recommended _or approval,
<br />pursuant to Section 65-906 of the State Planning Act, subject to the same
<br />conditions of the original approval holed herein.
