to PLANNING COMMISSION TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING April 22, 1968 Chairman W. F. Minckley called the meeting to order at 7:50 P. Is. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following members answered Roll Call: Present: Commissioners Dawson, Hibner, Perkins, Soorlock and Chairman Minckley. Absent: Commissioner Lachenbruch (arrived 8:C5 P. N.). DIVISIONS OF LAND: Tentative Map: 1. Heidler, Edward (c/o J. R. Regnolds) (339-68) Moody Road. Engr. C. Coburn. Commissioner Hibner presented a report of the Committee appointed April 8th to review the revised map and determine if additional requirements needed to be imposed. Commissioner Hibner noted that the Committee felt the revised map, increasing the size of Parcel #2 to 2.0 gross acres, was a much better sub- division. Commission discussion ensued concerning access to the subdivision, which is currently indicated off of Moody Road, with Floor participation by: J. R. Regnolds, representing the owner, who noted that an easement has been notarized but not recorded and that Mr. G. Taylor, the neighboring owner, has agreed to recordation of an easement. The Check List was prepared, with Floor participation by Mrs. A. Gin?ton, Pathways Committee Vice -Chairman, and Mr. J. R. Regnnlds. The following L conditions were added to the Check List: 1) The dedication of a 10' strip along Moody Road to the Town of Los Altos Hills and a 201 strip along Moody Road to the County of Santa Clara. 2) A path easement from the northwesterly corner of the property along a contour line of approximately 8101 to tile common north/south property line between lots #1 and 2; thence, south to the southerly property line and thence along said property line easterly to the southeasterly corner of parcel #2, path easement to be brushed nut where needed. 3) Approval conditional upon proper ingress and egress easements over the Lands of Taylor at approximate location as shown on subdivision map. MOTION, SECO4DED AND CARRI,D: Commissioner Dawson moved, seconded by Sherlock, and carried unanimously, that the Commission recommend approval of the Tentative Map of Edward Heidler (339-63), subject to the conditions of the Check List. There being no further regular business to come before the Commission, Chairman Minckley adjourned the meeting at 8:20 P. M. to: STUDY SESSION. NEXT REGULAR MEETING: Monday, May 13, 1968, at 7:45 P.
