{ <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />January 13, 1969 <br />Chairman W. F. Minckley called the meeting to order at 7:48 P. M. at the <br />Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following <br />members answered roll call: Commissioners Dawson, Hibner, Magleby, Perkins, <br />Weisbart, Chairman Minckley. Absent: Commissioner Lachenbruch. <br />COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Councilman Leslie A. Helgesson. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: December 9, 1968. <br />Commissioner Dawson moved, seconded by Hibner and carried unanimously, that <br />the Minutes of December 9, 1968 be approved as submitted. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: None. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />I. Acting City Manager stated that the terms of Commissioners Don T. Hibner <br />and Arthur H. Lachenbruch expire on January 14, 1969, and that in addition, <br />the Council has announced the resignation of Commissioner Kay B. Magleby, who <br />will be taking a position in Michigan, and will create a third vacancy. <br />Acting Manager noted the Council will consider these appointments and/or re- <br />AW appointments at their next regular meeting of January 20th, and that the <br />terms of the present officers of Chairman, Vice -Chairman and Secretary of <br />the Commission expire on January 28th and will be agended for the Planning <br />Commission meeting of February 10th. <br />Chairman Minckley expressed the appreciation of the Commission to Commissioner <br />Magleby for his past services on the Commission. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />1. Chairman Perkins of the Private Road Study Committee reported that an <br />interim report will be available for the Study Session, January 27th. <br />COUNCIL REFERRALS: <br />1. Acting City Manager stated that the Council had requested that a revised <br />Tentative Map for the Parkside Subdivision be submitted, in an attempt to <br />obtain maximum relocation of lots from the vicinity of Moody Court to the <br />upper portion of the subdivision. <br />Acting Manager noted Mr. A. Lambert, Parkside developer, is investigating the <br />feasibility of obtaining two additional lots in the upper portion of the <br />subdivision and two large lots to be served via Moody Road, in exchange for <br />eliminating the present eight lots along Moody Court. Acting Manager stated <br />that due to the engineering work involved, Mr. Lambert has advised that a <br />revised Tentative Map would not be available for Commission consideration at <br />` this meeting. <br />` Acting Manager also noted that the Council had requested the Commission to <br />proceed with the rezoning of Byrne Park and the park corridor to Open Space <br />Reserve Zoning. <br />
