4W <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING <br />September 22, 1969 <br />Chairman William A. Perkins called the Regular Adjourned Meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 9:50 P. M. at the Town Hall, <br />26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following members answered <br />roll call: Present: Commissioners Dawson, Lachenbruch, McReynolds, Minckley, <br />Weisbart, Chairman Perkins. Absent: Commissioner dibner. <br />COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Councilman Mary C. Davey <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 8, 1969• <br />Amendment: P. 2, Megan Variance, 2nd para., last sentence should read "Mr. Stark <br />requested a 30 day continuance be denied because of conflict with construction <br />timetable." <br />MOTION, SECCNDED AND CARRIED: Commissioner Minckley moved, seconded by Dawson <br />and carried unanimously, that the Minutes of September 8, 1969 be approved as <br />amended. <br />Assistant City Manager reviewed the following communication: <br />1. Lois C. Hogle, Committee for Green Foothills, dated September 10, 1969 <br />expressing appreciation for Commission efforts to participate in planning develop- <br />ment of the Palo Alto and Stanford lands adjacent to the Town. <br />1. City Manager noted the Palo Alto Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, <br />September 24 to consider the Tentative Subdivision Map of Dr. Father Clark, <br />960 Old Trace Road. <br />COUNCIL REFERRALS: <br />1. Commissioner Weisbart relayed Council request that the Planning Commission set <br />a definite time and place and invite the Palo Alto Planning Commission to discuss <br />development in the Arastradero corridor. <br />2. Mayor Aiken has met with Stanford University and Stanford has agreed that <br />Los Altos Hills will participate in determining landscaping requirements for a <br />buffer zone along Arastradero Road. <br />4W <br />
